I am a spiritual director dedicated to serving individuals from all religious and spiritual backgrounds. My practice is especially attuned to those who identify as "spiritual but not religious," as well as young people, students, and adults navigating life's complexities. I draw mainly upon Ignatian and Benedictine spiritual traditions to guide and support my clients, with a special interest in vocational discernment and interfaith ministry. My own journey in meditation and contemplative prayer spans over a decade, enriched by both Christian and Buddhist practices. I hold a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and am currently pursuing a Certificate in Spiritual Direction at Loyola University Chicago.
