My approach.
My approach to spiritual direction is grounded in helping individuals navigate their spiritual journey through a process of contemplative meaning-making. I emphasize the importance of silence, using it as a tool to foster deeper reflection and self-awareness. In our sessions, we explore your vocation and spiritual identity, focusing on what brings clarity and connection to your life. By drawing on practices of quiet reflection and attentive listening, I aim to create a supportive space where you can engage with the spiritual questions that matter most to you, leading to personal and spiritual growth.

I am influenced by a wide range of spiritual traditions and thinkers, including Thomas Merton, John Main, Howard Thurman, Teresa of Avila, John of the Cross, Meister Eckhart, James Cone, Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel, and many others. A key part of my journey and training was living for a year at the Abbaye de Bonnevaux, an intentional community in rural France dedicated to Christian meditation and the Rule of St. Benedict. This time deepened my focus on silence, reflection, and contemplation, which I integrate into my work with individuals seeking spiritual direction.
